If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in our online ecosystem. We reserve the right to refine our blend of terms at any time.

You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to use this service. Buy Me A Cider takes the responsible service of digital spirits seriously. By creating an account or sending a gift, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirements. We reserve the right to verify age at any point. NOTE: cider sold by Partners will have their own age verification systems and terms of service."
3. The Distiller's Craft
User conduct on our platform should reflect the premium quality of a craft cider. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful garnish or purpose.
- Attempt to "dilute" the platform's security or integrity.
- Harass or create a "bitter" experience for other members.
4. Gifting & Transactions
All "rounds" purchased are final and non-refundable, much like a poured drink. Transactions are processed securely through our harvest-approved payment partners.
5. Intellectual Property
The recipes, logos, and visual garnish of "Buy Me A Cider" are our exclusive property. This includes the unique watercolor botanical illustrations and the brand identity. You are granted a limited license to share your gifts on social media, but you may not "re-bottle" our brand for commercial gain.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the perfect pour, Buy Me A Cider is provided "as is" and "as available." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or "spilled" damages arising from your use of the platform.
